I'm a systems and automation specialist and a project manager who takes the messy operational backend off a business's plate, and makes it run.
Over the past 10+ years I've helped dozens of businesses across the US, Australia, and beyond run smoother. My work centers on five things: project management, operations, CRM, automation, and AI. I've led implementations and PMO work, untangled and rebuilt CRMs, and connected tools, no-code builders, and integrations into systems that hold up day to day.
AI has become a bigger part of what I do. I build automated systems and internal AI tools, effectively an AI operating system, that a whole team can rely on day to day. I've done this across compliance, e-commerce, financial services, SaaS, logistics, and more.
